Benefits Administration

The Department provides a variety of employee benefits.  The Benefits Administrators are available for detailed information and interpretation on the following policies: vacation leave; sick leave; bonus leave; special bonus leave; compensatory leave; civil leave; holiday leave; family medical leave; military leave; workers' compensation leave; community service leave; other types of leave without pay; and the voluntary shared leave program.

Additionally, the Benefits Administrators will provide information on the State Health Plan and Teacher's and State Employee's Retirement System, the various Insurance Programs that are offered, dental insurance; vision insurance; cancer insurance; and a variety of other group insurance programs, including flexible spending account, dependent flexible spending account, disability, life, and accident.
