The Piedmont Triad Farmers Market provides a comfortable location for consumers and farmers to buy and sell fresh from the farm fruits, vegetables, plants, and other agricultural products. This is not a flea market and we take great pride in limiting items for sale to those that help support and sustain the farm community. .  All vendors, new and returning, will be required to apply to PTFM each year using Manage My Market.  There will be an application fee charged annually upon approval.  In 2021, the application fee will be $15.00. 

   A few helpful hints when applying:

• Create your account and profile. 
• When ready to apply to our Market, choose “Robert G. Shaw Piedmont Triad Farmers Market 2021” and follow the prompts to complete the application.  Try to complete all sections of this process. 
• When asked the days you plan to sell at the Market, choose “Select All”, even if you don’t intend on selling every day.
• When asked to list staff that will be selling in your space, add yourself as primary contact and then add the names of your employees. 
• At Products, add each product you plan to sell.  The product database is very large and includes items that cannot be sold at market.  When selecting a product be specific as possible.  If product is not found, select the most generic and under the “additional information about this product” box type in specific details.  Complete the application as best you can as it will save time when we have our annual meeting.
• All Farmers, new and returning, must upload a growers certification in manage my market.
• All meat producers must upload a meat handlers licensce in manage my market
• Documents needed to sell on the Market are available on manage my market during the application process
