Pre-Fair Applications & Items Due
- Fair Manager's Checklist, shows all required applications, reports and items due during the Fair season. (PDF)
- N.C. Department of Revenue Application for Exemption from Payment of Amusement Taxes, due at least 60 days prior to the opening of your fair. (PDF) (Word)
- NCDA&CS Emergency Programs Division Application for Animal Contact Exhibit Permit, due at least 30 days prior to the opening of your fair. (Online Application) (PDF)
- Not sure if you need a permit? Click here for a flow chart to help you understand whether or not you need a permit.
- Premium Book, due at least 30 days prior to the opening of your fair. Send a copy of your Premium Book (also known as a Fair Book, Competition List, etc.) to: Kevin Hardison, County Fair Coordinator, 1020 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1020
