Offerings are light to moderate for current trade needs. Retail and food service demand is light to good, mostly moderate to good entering the Memorial Day weekend. Floor stocks are mixed. Market activity is moderate to at time active. In the parts structure, movement is moderate to good as dealers assumed product for the extended holiday weekend. Prices are firm for wings and breast cuts, steady to firm for the balance of items. Offerings of breast cuts and wings are balance to closely cleared; most dark meat items are light to moderate and clearing satisfactorily. Trucks continue to be very limited in availability and high in price. Market activity for parts is mostly moderate. In production areas, live supplies are moderate at mixed but mostly desirable weights.
