SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance

Prices were unchanged.  Trade sentiment was steady, however
steady with cautious undertones in Western regions.  Demand
into all channels ranged light to very good, mostly moderate
to fairly good.  Present supplies were sufficient to fully
sufficient to satisfy trade needs.  Breaking stock offerings
were barely adequate to short; processing schedules were
mixed.  Light type hen offerings were less than adequate
to readily available for the light to moderate demand.
