SHELL EGGS:  Daily California Eggs                                              
                                                                                

MARCH 12, 2010                                                                  

Benchmark prices were unchanged.  Asking prices for next week were 13 cents     
higher for jumbo, 12 cents higher for extra large, 13 cents higher large,       
and 5 cents higher for medium and small.  Trade sentiment was steady.           
Offerings were adequate.  Demand ranged light to fairly good, mostly light      
to moderate.  Floor stocks were balanced to adequate.  Small benchmark
