NW_PY036 Des Moines, IA Fri. Mar 12, 2010 USDA Market News PROCESSED EGGS: Weekly National Frozen Eggs (Fri) Frozen whole egg ranged 1 to 3 cents higher with whites and sugared yolk unchanged. Salted yolk ranged unchanged to 1 cent higher. Trade sentiment was firm for whole egg, and mostly steady on the balance of prices. Offerings were tight and generally made to order. Demand was light to moderate. Most trading continued to center on less than trucklot volumes while buyers were unwilling to take a solid position on sizeable volumes at this time.
