The 2010 North Carolina Specialty Foods Association Fall Conference will be held on Monday, August 23, 2010 at the Governor Martin Building on the NC State Fairgrounds in Raleigh.

The keynote speaker will be Edwin Rivera, Sales Manager, Core Accounts, with the National Association of Specialty Food Trade in New York City. Edwin will be presenting an overview of NASFT and the services it provides for the specialty food trade. Also on the morning program will be Betty Evans, Senior Sales Manager for the Atlanta International Gift and home Furnishings Market. The afternoon session will give the attendees a unique opportunity to learn trade show techiniques from a panel of NCSFA members who have experience in exhibiting at trade shows. Our theme for this conference is " Professional Trade Show Participation on a Shoestring".

The day will start at 9am and will conclude at 4:30pm.
