About US
Craig has been cooking pigs and making barbecue sauce for backyard barbecues and pig pickins' for over 25 years. He finally bottled his almost famous Craig's Sauce in the Fall of 2011 at the insistence of his lovely wife Lynne.

Craig makes a very tasty Rib & Chicken sauce that is good enough to drink straight from the bottle. People say his rib and chicken sauce is good on just about anything. He also makes a traditional Down East pig sauce for cooking whole pigs, shoulders, butts and for making EASTERN North Carolina barbecue.

Craig has cooked over 1000 pigs and loves helping other people learn how to cook a pig. He offers grilling tips and onsite cooking lessons for those wanting to learn more.
