We are a family business that does the farming of the animals and the selling of the meats, so we are vested in all aspects of creating quality meat! Nothing synthetic is used in our process, resulting in delicious, unadulterated deliciousness, aka "naked meat!"

Our store is open Thursday & Friday, 10-6 and Saturday, 10-4, but you can shop anytime online at or email us to make arrangements to shop on another day, at!
