If you are looking for spots or paints look no further than Dunn's Farm

At Dunn's Educational Farm, visitors will get to hold, feed and pet goats, cows, donkeys and sheep. At certain times of the year children will get to bottle feed baby goats and cows. They will go on a hayride through the farm and stop at each barn to see the animals. A lesson in Life-Science will be taught along with proper animal handling & hand washing procedures. Groups are invited to bring their own lunches, or opt to order from the local Dominoes Pizza, which can be delivered to the farm. Students will also be read an age-appropriate book while they eat their lunch.
There is an activity area where
students will be able to milk a
replica of a cow or a goat. In the
activity area there is also a place to
create sand art. Depending on the
month, children will also be able to
hold baby ducks or baby chickens.
Dunn's Farm is run by Janet Dunn,
owner. I have 34 years of teaching
experience. I have a Masters of
Education from NC State University.
Dunn's Educational Farm has been my
dream. I want all children to learn
about farming and farm animals because
these play a big role in our lives.
Farming is an important job and we
need to educate our youth about
animals and farming to continue when
we are gone. We are located on Hwy
24/27 just outside of Robbins, NC.
Please book a tour with us. We will
be open for tours in late March 2017.
