Mom 'n' Pops Country Ham is located in Claremont, NC fifteen miles east of Hickory, NC. We were built in 1972 when "Mom and Pop" Digh cured hams for the sole purpose of supplying their restaurant. These hams became so popular that Mom and Pop started curing for outside demand. Soon they were curing at max capacity and we continue to grow each year.This division can cure and process up to 10,000 hams a week.
Since our founding 28 years ago, Mom 'n' Pops Country Ham has been recognized with several regional and national awards. This is attributed mainly to our attention to detail in the selection of raw materials and suppliers.

From I-40 West Exit #135 Claremont Turn left over the interstate and proceed to first light. Turn left at light. Proceed thru 2 lights. At Claremont Park, you will turn right into our compound (sign at road).
From I-40 East:
Exit 135 Claremont. Turn Right off of exit. Proceed to first light and turn left. Go thru two Lights. At Claremont Park, turn right into compound (sign at road).
Our facility is open to the public from 8 AM until 5 PM. Mon-Fri.
