Regional CAMET Trainings

The North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (NCDA&CS) recently conducted two CAMET and sheltering trainings. The Central training was conducted at Davidson Community College on February 24th, 2010, and training for the Western area of the state was on April 21st, 2010 at the Buncombe County Fire Training Center.

Both training sessions were well attended and all participants departed with the knowledge and skills necessary to assist with animal care during a natural or man made event.
