NCDA&CS Fee Studies

Session Law 2008-107, Section 11.1, required the N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to conduct studies of the feasibility and advisability of implementing or increasing fees for certain services offered by the department. The three fee studies are available below in pdf format.
