Structural Pest Control Committee
approves settlement agreements
RALEIGH — The following settlement agreements were approved by the N.C. Structural Pest Control Committee on April 24:
- Bert Snyder, vice president of Palmetto Exterminators Inc. in Charleston, S.C., agreed to pay $1,600 for structural pesticide work performed by an employee who was not working under the direction of a N.C. structural pest control licensee during the treatment of four homes in Calabash.
- David Lemke, of RK Environmental Services LLC in Cresskill, N.J., agreed to pay $800 for performing structural pesticide work in North Carolina without a license.
- Hank Hirsch, manager of RK Environmental Services LCC in Cresskill, N.J., agreed to pay $2,500 for structural pesticide work performed by his company in North Carolina without a license.
- Todd Wilson, owner of Wilson & Sons Termite & Pest Control in Summerfield, agreed to pay $600 for allowing his license to be used by an individual who was not employed by his company.
