Mountain State Fair opening ceremony is Sept. 7

WHAT:	A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place to officially open the 2012 Mountain State Fair. Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler, Mountain State Fair Manager Matt Buchanan, local dignitaries and other officials will participate in the ceremony.
WHEN:	Friday, Sept. 7 Noon
WHERE:	Bojangles’ Music Stage in front of the Davis Event Center WNC Ag Center 1301 Fanning Bridge Road, Fletcher
WHO:	Other participants include Rev. Brian Henderson, T.C. Robinson High School JROTC, representatives from N.C. FFA, the N.C. Apple Queen and members of the N.C. Board of Agriculture.
