The NCDA&CS-Plant Industry Division-Seed and Fertilizer Section conducts on-going random and targeted soil additive product sampling, complaint investigations, field label reviews, removal of unregistered products or products otherwise in violation of the N.C. Fertilizer Law, N.C. Agricultural Liming Materials and Landplaster Act, and N.C. Soil Additives Act.
