Recertification Training Opportunities

- Create an account on the NCDA online portal and choose 'Course Submission in the 'Continuing Education' tab.
- Recertification Transcripts
- Course transcript summaries can be viewed through our online portal.
- Select “Structural Pest Control – License, Certified Applicator, Registered Technician” in the ‘License Group/Division’ section.
- Select appropriate credential type (‘Pest Control Licensee’ or ‘Certified Applicator’) under ‘License Type’.
- Type in your legal last name in the ‘Licensee / Cardholder’ section.
- Press the blue ‘Search’ button and wait for the results to show.
- Find your information; verify it is the correct credential (it may show all of your previous credentials); and press the blue ‘Details’ button.
- When the pop-up window displays, press the right arrow ‘>’ until ‘Course Credits’ displays. Choose ‘Course Credits’ and your completed courses will appear. Only courses taken after your last recertification date count for the current recertification period.
- Questions about missing courses should be addressed to the trainer/training organization. Other questions can be addressed to StructuralCourses@ncagr.gov
- Course transcript summaries can be viewed through our online portal.
