Cost Share Programs - Program Reviews
The Division, under authority of the Commission, conducts program reviews on a 5-year rotation with at least 18 districts reviewed each year. The purpose of program reviews are to ensure all districts are in compliance with the Commission rules, policies and procedures. Program reviews also provide opportunities for districts to improve performance and reduce liability associated with cost share programs and daily operations.
Districts will be notified prior to the scheduled review and will receive a link to the online Program Review Form. Districts will complete this online form with a month of receiving their notification. Once complete, the Division will schedule a time to discuss the district's responses and schedule a time to review BMPs in the field. Once the whole review is completed, the district will receive written results of the review along with recommendation within forty-five (45) calendar days following the review. The district must respond in writing to the Division within forty-five (45) days following receipt of the review to address the findings of the review.
