This orientation is designed for new district and partnership employees of three years or less. The NEO will cover the history of conservation in NC, the resources available to you as employees, resources available to your clients, and day-to-day operations in your district. Time will be scheduled for new employees to review information specific to state cost share programs and administrative requirements.
