If you are a North Carolina farmer/rancher/producer/agribusiness interested in connecting with potential buyers, please complete the form below.  The information you provide will be utilized to build an online database, and registration is completely voluntary.  By submitting information, you are certifying that you comply with any applicable state and federal laws and regulations regarding food safety, business registration requirements, etc.

If your farm is GAP Certified or Organic Certified, please have all certification information accessible before starting this form as you cannot save and return to complete the form at a later time.
