FAQ's
The Division Director will normally request a new lease and contact the Property Division to begin the negotiations with the parties of the lease or land acquisition/disposition.
Property Agent will prepare all the materials but may need further supporting documentation from the Divisions upon request.
If the lease is longer than 3-year term, or if it is over 25,000/year, it must be processed through the Department of Administration, with the Property Agent being the Liaison between Departments.
This form indicates whether the Division has acquired (New Construction, or relocation) or is disposing of a building through demolition or transfer. This is filled out by the Division Manager/Superintendent and sent to the Property Agent to process.
