Standards - Public Weighmaster Renewal

Renewal forms include a PIN that will allow payment online by credit card. Please consider this option ONLY IF no changes are required to any of the information printed on the renewal form. New applicants will not be able to pay online.

If you choose to pay online, you will need three pieces of information from the top left of your renewal form as illustrated below:

  1. License Type
  2. Renewal PIN
  3. File Number (commonly referred to as your "license number")
