The support and donations for farmers affected by Hurricane Helene has been remarkably generous. The ag community continues to show up for their neighbors and it is greatly appreciated. The majority of the counties in Western North Carolina are entering a recovery phase after this storm damage and the number and severity of livestock-related emergencies have declined significantly.
