Hosted by the N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and its Got to Be NC program, the annual Flavors of Carolina food show is moving to the Triad in 2025, connecting more than 100 local food and beverage producers with more than 800 buyers from the retail, wholesale and foodservice industries. This private event is a chance for food businesses to sample their products and facilitate product sales to regional, governmental, national and international buyers.
Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler will be available for interviews during the show, upon request.

For more than 35 years, NCDA&CS has hosted Flavors of Carolina shows in Raleigh and other markets across the nation. In 2025, the Triad will offer both startup and established food businesses the opportunity to meet with multiple buyers in one location. For buyers, the event is the best setting to learn about new products and companies from North Carolina as they connect directly to source high-quality, locally made products.
