HOW

1. Complete the Waste Sample Submission Form for Researchers and include it with the waste sample (s).  Samples will not be accepted without this form.
2. Complete the NCDA Waste Sample ID Spreadsheet and include it with the waste sample (s).
3. Include the signed (by the Agronomic Division) NCDA Cooperative Research Agreement with each batch of samples.
4. Samples will not be accepted without printed copies of these three documents included in each batch.
5. If you have a large batch of samples, please notify the lab supervisor of an estimated delivery time.

By Mail:

• UPS or FedEx: 4300 Reedy Creek Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607
• US Postal Service:  1040 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699.  Allow additional time for delivery.

In person:  Waste/Compost samples may be dropped off at the Agronomic Division loading dock Monday-Friday between the hours of 7: 00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., except N.C. State holidays.
