Drumroll, please...

Our vendors have truly outdone themselves. The 2024 N.C. State Fair will see 73 new mouth-watering food offerings from more than 30 different vendors at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds in Raleigh Oct. 17-27.

The N.C. State Fair is well known for its offering of creative deep-fried delicacies and wide range of global cuisines. Every year, fair vendors come up with new dishes, in hopes their foods will call to fairgoers’ taste buds. This year's new dishes represent cuisines from around the world and reimagine some classic fair offerings, such as corndogs, tater tots, waffles, egg rolls, cookie dough and, of course, bacon.
