Structural Pest Control and Pesticides - WPS Designated Trainer Program

The Pesticide Section approves individuals in North Carolina as competent to provide WPS pesticide safety training. Designated Trainers are the only individuals in the state who can issue EPA WPS verification cards to workers.

If you are interested in becoming a Designated Trainer, you will need to request an information packet from our office 984-236-4575. In order to become a designated trainer, you must pass an exam and submit your resume and list of approved training materials.
