Yes. For any type of project, please provide current Certificate of Liability Insurance prior to contract acceptance. The certificate of insurance shall list the “NC Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services” as the certificate holder.
The Roofing Contractor shall warrant the materials and workmanship of the roofing system against leakage and against defects due to faulty materials, workmanship and contract negligence for a period of two (2) years following acceptance of the project by the Owner.
Roofing installation to be performed in complete accordance with all of roof manufacturer’s installation and erection manuals and drawings. Installation to be by a certified and qualified installer using proper tools and equipment for the roof manufacturer’s product. A (30) year roof finish warranty, a (10) year red rust warranty, and a (1) year workmanship warranty shall be provided for the roof system and certified by the roofing manufacturer.
