Updating customer information is quick and easy.

You can change name, address or phone number.

Email addresses cannot be changed through this portal as it is tied to the creation of your account. If you need to update your email address, please contact our office at 919-664-1600 for assistance.

  1. Log in to your PALS account.

     

  2. At the top menu bar, hover over "Utilities," then "Customer Utilities," and then click on "Update Customer Account."
