- Registration deadline Sunday, September 15, 2024
- Social security numbers and NC Substitute W-9 forms are required for prize money to be awarded.
- Submit questions to: ncsfCompetitions@ncagr.gov
- This Competition is open to all residents of North Carolina.
- Exhibits accepted: Saturday, October 12 and Sunday, October 13, 11:00am until 7:00pm
- Please take into consideration that entries made and brought to the fair too early may mold before judging and therefore will not be judged.
- The NC State Fair General Fair Rules for Exhibitors will govern this department.
- All bee and bee products entered in competition must have been produced by the exhibitor, in North Carolina, during the current season, with the exception of mead.
- Make your entries early! The right is reserved to reject entries received after all available space is taken.
- Exhibitors are urged to personally deliver their exhibits at the Fair. Exhibits should be packed with care, so as to arrive in good, clean condition.
